I have always been fascinated by the performing arts - watching dancers in movement, actors on stage, following the body motion, the facial expressions. The magic that is formed in a single moment of bodies moving in space, of body parts touching, an energy that moves and breath. Freezing that single moment, blink of a second to a frame.
My love for performing arts photography evolved from my connection to contact improvisation, from hours of watching and dancing in contact jams.
I photograph dancers and actors, on stage during live performances and during rehearsals, in studio and on location.
